  • 3-6 years experience, ideally with consulting background in People/HR strategy, organisational development, or transformation topics
  • Strong content knowledge in core People topics: compensation & benefits, performance management, job architecture, organisational design
  • Highly analytical and structured: structure to ambiguity, build models in Excel/Sheets, tell clear stories with data, derive decisions from data, clean slides, concise memos
  • Pragmatic builder mindset: ship 80% pilot framework quickly
  • Strong stakeholder skills: operate at eye level with leadership, managers, People function, move things forward without formal authority
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments: navigate ambiguity well, prefer progress over perfection
  • Business-fluent English; German is a plus
  • Excited by solving complex organizational challenges and building things from scratch
  • Enjoy project-based work and feel energized by switching between strategic topics
  • Creates structure where others see chaos
  • Balance strategy with execution and implement ideas
  • Prefer ownership, momentum, and impact over repetitive HR operations
