Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
- All-rounder with curiosity and flexibility
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and payroll compliance
- Strong analytical skills and HR data confidence
- Project management from start to finish
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Confident with M365; HRIS experience advantageous
- Ownership and accountability for topics
- Hands-on and pragmatic mindset
- Creative, solution-oriented, process improvement
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary contact for employee and leadership queries
- Manage full recruitment cycle, from channel selection to contract preparation
- Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with external provider
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and track key metrics
- Deliver clear reporting to leadership for data-driven decisions
- Lead strategic HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Support managers in optimizing team processes
- Serve as reliable contact for external authorities and service providers
- Organize internal events and support office management
- Contribute to a positive office atmosphere
