You will ensure smooth operations by independently managing payroll and time tracking for two sites, while acting as a vital point of contact for employees and external authorities.

Anforderungen

• •University degree, relevant training, or comparable qualification
• •Two years experience in payroll processing
• •Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
• •Experience with shift models and allowances
• •Accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
• •Communication and service orientation
• •Proficiency in MS Office
• •Payroll and time management responsibility
• •Handling of shift models and allowances
• •Experience with multi-site payroll

Aufgaben

• •Process monthly payroll independently for 250 employees across two sites
• •Maintain and manage time tracking within the ATOSS system
• •Ensure compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements
• •Advise employees and managers on payroll and time management
• •Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance departments
• •Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions
• •Support HR administration as needed
