- Knowledge of Austrian labor and tax law
- Experience in Austrian payroll processing
- Interest or experience in international payroll
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Based in Vienna
- English C1+
- German native speaker
Aufgaben
- Prepare and process monthly Austrian payroll
- Submit annual payroll reports
- Communicate with tax and labor authorities
- Ensure compliance with Austrian labor laws
- Manage all Employer of Record matters
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support Red-White-Red card applications
- Assist with international payroll across five countries
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support the full employee lifecycle
- Contribute to various HR projects
- Order office supplies and organize travel
