- Communicate with customers about German payroll landscape
- Provide seamless payroll service to customers
- Connect and integrate systems and processes
- Train colleagues on payroll procedures
- Advise on translating foreign HR policies into German employment relationships
- Ensure accurate and lawful payroll for employees
- Maintain high standards of quality and service
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams
