Partner Manager(m/w/x)
Overseeing contact center operations and change management for Flanker Brands' service providers. 3-5 years account management experience in telecommunications preferred. Overseeing large-scale service provider operations with 50-100 FTEs.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years proven experience in partner or account management, preferably in telecommunications and/or customer service industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications services and customer care operations
- Solid analytical skills, experience in data analysis, market research, CRM tools, and partnership management systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in dynamic environment
- Excellent proficiency in German and English; French/Italian a plus
Aufgaben
- Oversee Flanker Brands' contact center operations with assigned partners
- Manage capacity planning for service partners (50-100 FTEs)
- Manage delivery for service partners (50-100 FTEs)
- Oversee operations for service partners (50-100 FTEs)
- Lead change management for service partners (50-100 FTEs)
- Manage contracts for service partners (50-100 FTEs)
- Drive service partners to achieve quality and satisfaction KPIs
- Monitor KPIs like line availability, first-call resolution, and NPS
- Lead Care-to-Sales initiatives
- Drive sales performance across all product lines
- Manage commercial and contractual relationships with outsourcing partners
- Conduct price negotiations with outsourcing partners
- Define and govern Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Execute bonus/malus schemes
- Identify and implement operational process improvements
- Leverage digital and AI for process improvements
- Support managing a multi-million-CHF OPEX budget
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources
