Anforderungen
- •Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- •4+ years business development or relevant work experience
- •French language fluency required
- •Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses
- •Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing
- •Self-starter with strong internal motivation to hit targets
- •Strong aptitude for identifying digital strategies based on publisher business models
- •Proactive and collaborative attitude

- •Contribute to revenue goals for the Growth & Partnerships department
- •Optimize publisher relationships through paid placements and commission increases
- •Update relationship and placement trackers consistently
- •Serve as a subject matter expert in client verticals and partner relationships
- •Identify new, high-quality partnerships based on client needs
- •Communicate clearly and engagingly with publishers via cold emailing
- •Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers independently
- •Identify and execute opportunities for program optimization
- •Optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of clients
- •Identify growth opportunities while maintaining a healthy ROI
- •Demonstrate exceptional calendar and time management skills
- •Participate in client engagement kickoff calls and ongoing discussions
- •Create and own recruitment and paid placement strategies
- •Execute paid placement strategies, including negotiation and campaign setup
- •Adapt strategies to meet client goals and communicate changes effectively
- •Pitch innovative opportunities and showcase their benefits with data
- •Maintain a high level of knowledge across publisher verticals
- •Overcome objections and provide alternative suggestions based on insights
