- Exposure to large-scale carrier network implementations or transformation projects
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Manage European parcel carrier network
- Ensure smooth transportation operations
- Achieve service, cost, and operational KPIs
- Build strong relationships with carriers and partners
- Oversee transportation execution across channels
- Monitor SLAs, OTIF, and delivery performance
- Identify and drive corrective actions
- Partner with DTC, eCommerce, and other teams
- Act as link between business priorities and operations
- Support peak trading periods and promotions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop performance reporting and scorecards
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support transportation projects and changes
- Contribute to operational planning and forecasting
