Aufgaben
- Assess and develop programme design proposals
- Represent Aftersales and commercial business
- Create INEOS Body Repair Operating Standards
- Identify and appoint Aftersales approved paint refinishing supplier
- Assist SVO on BIW repair strategy for modified vehicles
- Identify and approve tooling for various repairs
- Identify compliant products and equivalents
- Develop approved repairer network
- Appoint and audit repairers
- Identify damage assessment estimating platform provider
- Assist in body repair training course development
- Liaise with Insurance Companies on vehicle repairability
- Provide information for vehicle crash testing
- Monitor BIW ECR/ECO changes and feedback
- Handle BIW repair issues from all markets
- Investigate BIW components
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
- Work with Aftersales Parts Manager on part service level
- Develop BIW service assembly breakdown and availability
- Ensure ongoing development of BIW service assemblies
- Develop joining methodology for Aftersales
- Develop warranty paint refinishing scope
- Identify manufacturing framing process modifications
- Identify chassis component replacement feasibility
- Review body repair procedures before sign off
- Develop terminology database
- Identify and feedback BIW design issues
- Promote design for service ethos
- Represent Aftersales in product development forums
- Control digital evaluation of product design proposals
- Manage tooling and ergonomic feasibility assessments
- Digitally assess packaging and access of serviceable components
- Provide evaluation reports on repair procedures and SRO times
- Review and enhance technical service publications
- Ensure accuracy of removal and repair instructions
- Conduct digital evaluation of repair procedures
- Perform physical evaluation of repair procedures
- Monitor and steer development of serviceability solutions
- Liaise with engineering, product development, and quality teams
- Report on SERPs topics to managers and senior managers
- Contribute to team meetings and reviews
- Offer experience-based perspective for internal processes
