Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Mechatronics, or Packaging Engineering; Master’s degree considered advantage
- Strong experience in packaging engineering, filling systems, or packaging technology in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Dairy
- Deep technical expertise in packaging equipment, materials, GMP, food safety, and automation
- Experienced in developing URS documents, technical standards, and equipment specifications
- Understanding of sustainability and ESG requirements in equipment and system design
- At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong track record managing mid- to large-scale Capex projects above €5 million
- Experienced working with suppliers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams
- Delivered innovation or technology deployment projects in complex, international environments
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently while aligning global teams
- Fluent in English
- Additional European languages seen as a plus
- Willing to travel regularly to support suppliers, FATs, and project execution
- Not meeting all requirements is acceptable
Aufgaben
- Define, develop, and deploy global strategy for packaging equipment, filling technologies, and innovation
- Shape technical standards, drive innovation, and lead packaging solution deployment
- Ensure packaging and filling platforms meet future efficiency, sustainability, flexibility, and performance requirements
- Define and deliver the packaging technology roadmap with partners
- Maintain Flora Food Group's leadership in packaging innovation
- Set global standards for packaging equipment, filling systems, and packing lines
- Lead development of URS, scope definitions, and design standards
- Translate innovation and sustainability requirements into engineering specifications
- Ensure global operational consistency, safety, quality, and performance
- Scout and deploy new technologies and innovations
- Identify and evaluate new automation, digital, and equipment solutions
- Lead Capex projects from feasibility through start-up
- Support sites with troubleshooting, capacity improvements, OEE optimization, and debottlenecking
