Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proven HR or finance field experience; rewards experience is a plus
- Outstanding presentation and project management skills; independent work style
- Fluent English and German, spoken and written
Aufgaben
- Translate global rewards frameworks into Swiss execution
- Manage payroll outsourcing and optimization projects
- Improve time management systems
- Coordinate payroll-related questions for Dagmersellen employees
- Ensure accurate and timely local payroll reporting
- Support payroll transition to external vendor
- Implement global and local rewards practices
- Ensure compensation planning accuracy and consistency
- Maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
- Propose local rewards practice improvements
- Act as local expert on compensation, incentives, benefits, and payroll
- Coordinate key rewards projects with GBS, DIT, and local P&C team
- Drive rewards transparency and understanding
- Develop and deliver employee and manager education on rewards
- Support compensation-related matters
- Assist in HC planning and MPC budgeting
- Provide data to finance
- Support rewards team in reporting and compliance
