- Comfortable working across 3-lines-of-defense model
- Experience with investment/brokerage services, BaaS/IaaS platforms, or white-label financial products
- Familiarity with ICT risk management and CTPP classification under DORA
- Experience in scale-up or hypergrowth environment
Aufgaben
- Manage full lifecycle of outsourced services
- Conduct pre-contractual due diligence
- Perform active governance and annual compliance reviews
- Set up and monitor new outsourcing relationships
- Work closely with compliance and internal audit functions
- Lead contract review and negotiation
- Gather provider documentation for due diligence
- Conduct risk assessments for outsourcing partners
- Define and set up KPIs and monitoring mechanisms
- Develop and maintain Exit Strategies
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs regularly
- Communicate with providers to address issues
- Report outsourcing performance quarterly and annually
- Maintain complete audit trail of activities
- Formally report and track incidents
- Evaluate and report new subcontractors
- Assess impact of provider-initiated changes
- Track and close open issues and action items
- Update Exit Strategies annually
- Conduct annual risk reviews
- Trigger ad-hoc reviews for major incidents
