Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end outsourcing and sub-outsourcing arrangements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, MiFID II)
- Establish and maintain the Outsourcing Management Framework
- Support departments in implementing outsourcing standards
- Coordinate outsourcing-related regulatory matters
- Contribute to a culture of governance and accountability
- Support external and internal audits of outsourced services
- Provide day-to-day oversight of technology operations
- Ensure technology regulatory and compliance obligations (DORA, MaRisk)
- Oversee outsourced technology activities
- Manage Information Security Officer responsibilities
- Maintain the Group’s information security framework
- Handle internal and external reporting obligations
- Set up controls and monitoring processes for service delivery
- Conduct Outsourcing Risk Assessments (ORAs)
- Maintain the Outsourcing Register
- Support Outsourcing Responsible Persons
- Oversee the Outsourcing Control Framework
- Assess ICT subcontracting chain risks
- Conduct independent TPRM Risk Management controls
- Deliver updates to the Management Board
- Align outsourcing activities with Group frameworks
- Harmonize outsourcing practices across EMEA entities
- Prepare annual material outsourcing reports
- Coordinate audit requests and documentation
- Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders
- Track and monitor audit findings
- Ensure timely completion of remediation actions
- Maintain clear and auditable outsourcing records
- Prepare outsourcing-related audit responses
- Ensure readiness for supervisory reviews
- Fulfill ICT Governance and Control Function
- Escalate local technology topics
- Maintain the ICT Risk Management Framework
- Oversee ICT controls and system tests
- Manage ICT Incident Management tasks
- Work on Third Party Risk Management topics
- Implement digital operational training programs
- Govern the business through relevant committees
- Consolidate feedback on Material Business Changes
- Drive enhancements to existing frameworks and processes
- Provide additional services as requested
