- Solid understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and volatility
- Commercial mindset with interest in revenue generation and client growth
- Strong communication, relationship management, and execution skills
- High attention to detail, risk awareness, and professional integrity
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global markets
- Experience at crypto exchange, market maker, hedge fund, or prop trading firm
- Exposure to international client coverage
- Pre-existing right to work in relevant country

- Grow institutional client portfolio
- Execute OTC trades for spot and derivatives
- Support vanilla options and structured hedging
- Provide market color and volatility insights
- Assist in new business origination
- Grow trading volumes and revenue
- Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, and operations
- Support client onboarding and account management
- Maintain CRM records and client activity reports
- Participate in industry events and client meetings
