Anforderungen
- 3-5 years experience in origination, PPA sales, energy trading, business development, or comparable commercial role in energy sector
- Negotiated at least one PPA front-to-end
- Fluent English
- Outgoing, enjoys connecting with people, builds trust quickly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership sense
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, bridging technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of European power markets (plus)
- Experience with PPAs
- Experience with hybrid PPAs for co-located generation and storage (strong plus)
- Experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
- Experience with offtake structures (Tolls, Floors, Day-Ahead Swaps)
- Understanding of pricing of offtake structures and trading activities
- Familiarity with bank assessment of BESS projects for financing
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot)

- Shape framework agreements
- Develop and close deals
- Negotiate PPAs and co-located offtake agreements
- Foster long-term relationships with offtake partners
- Structure offtake solutions to meet commercial and financing needs
- Understand lender assessments of BESS project bankability
- Build and maintain relationships with key players
- Evaluate and prioritize potential counterparties
- Identify growth opportunities in active markets
- Leverage energy market knowledge for market insights
- Create data-driven analysis with Data Analytics team
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations
- Communicate commercial structures to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Align offtake offering with market demand
- Feed market insights back into product development
