- Proficiency in SAP (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent German (B2 or higher)
- Good English skills (B1 or higher)
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)
- Experience in an international company
Aufgaben
- Process and validate customer orders in SAP R3
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams
- Resolve order or delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with export regulations
- Prepare required export documentation
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status
- Inform customers about delays and shipments
- Arrange global transportation with distribution center
- Monitor international shipments
- Track international shipments
- Ensure safe and on-time arrival of shipments
- Support return processing
- Generate necessary documentation for returns
- Contribute to departmental projects
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation
