Aufgaben
- Coordinate national and international road freight transports across the EU
- Plan and optimize transport schedules, routes, vehicles, and driver assignments
- Monitor transport execution and proactively resolve operational issues and delays
- Act as the main contact person for customers, carriers, drivers, and logistics partners
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all parties involved
- Maintain accurate transport documentation and support administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company requirements
- Analyze operational performance and contribute to process improvements and cost optimization
- Support the achievement of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
