- Several years hands-on logistics experience and team management experience (>50 employees, ideally multi-shift)
- Comprehensive knowledge of shipping and container scheduling
- Fair, motivating, and consistent leadership style
- Strong hands-on approach, organizational skills, customer and service awareness
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
- Good written and spoken English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the outbound operations team
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate resources strategically
- Optimize order volume and staffing
- Manage and monitor work processes
- Optimize process quality
- Ensure compliance with service levels
- Meet productivity targets
- Initiate and implement improvement projects
- Analyze key performance indicators
- Monitor performance metrics
- Support team in implementing measures
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Prepare and execute certifications
