Aufgaben
- Oversee key operational processes
- Investigate inventory accuracy issues
- Partner with Manager to escalate process gaps
- Champion operational standards using performance data
- Manage inventory accuracy and product delivery coordination
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Represent the business in meetings and calls
- Review and manage budget and business data
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Inform planning processes
- Ensure the Operations team embodies ALO's mission
- Coach and develop Operations team members
- Elevate effective communication within the team
- Establish internal and external talent pipelines
- Write schedules that prioritize business strategy
- Execute ALO Sales and Service Model deliverables
- Collaborate with General/Store Manager’s vision
- Work cross-functionally to support organizational goals
- Balance business needs with brand culture
