- Deep dive into staffing management
- Review support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows
- Develop and implement efficiency improvements
- Use AI for reporting and automation
- Align with teams for sustainable and scalable changes
- Rotate through key operational focus areas
- Support company growth
- Launch new services
- Solve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams
- Build dashboards
- Automate processes
- Recommend better tools and systems
- Help scale the company with excellence
