- •Experience with pharmaceutical or time-critical shipments
- •Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- •Good awareness of customs procedures
- •Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- •Team player with ability to remain calm under pressure
- •Self-motivator with flexible and positive attitude
- •Effective communication skills in fluent German and good English
- •Strong customer and service delivery focus
- •Solid knowledge of Microsoft products and sound IT skills
- •Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays

- •Ensure temperature control for shipments
- •Follow World Courier Standard Operating Procedures
- •Communicate with airlines and handling agents

- •Interact with national and international World Courier stations
