Aufgaben
- Gather and document business requirements for new client accounts
- Translate client needs into workflows for client and tech teams
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes
- Collaborate with tech and business teams to design solutions
- Create commercial models for workflow delivery
- Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth implementation
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyse data to support decision-making
- Create measurement processes for new clients
- Develop reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations
