Anforderungen
- Degree in economics or comparable degree with finance/controlling focus
- 3-5 years professional experience in controlling, preferably manufacturing
- Good understanding of accounting processes
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills for insight, decision support, and forecasting
- Result-oriented and motivated
- Experience with SAP, US GAAP accounting, standard costing/activity based costing systems, Hyperion Financial Management reporting system, and Sarbanes Oxley processes (advantageous)

- Ensure integrity of P&L and balance sheet areas
- Support monthly closing activities
- Analyze cost, productivity, and non-financial indicators
- Develop contingency plans as needed
- Support budget planning and forecasting
- Analyze actual deviations
- Support project decision-making with profitability analysis
- Evaluate project scenarios
- Create reports and ad hoc analyses
- Conduct monthly target-performance reviews
