- Familiarity with SOX compliance
- Familiarity with IFRS

- Fluent in German

Aufgaben
- Drive monthly financial analysis for manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
- Ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts
- Lead variance analysis for manufacturing costs, material variances, labor efficiency, and overhead expenses
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Monitor CAPEX and adhere to financial guidelines for capital investments
- Support pricing, cost structure, and profitability analysis
- Enhance business decision-making
- Partner with plant managers and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Improve operational efficiency
- Track and enhance OPEX performance
- Work with operations teams on productivity improvements
- Lead working capital management
- Optimize inventory levels and cash flow
- Monitor KPIs for productivity, efficiency, inventory turnover, and cost per unit
- Drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, SOX requirements, and regional regulations
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Manage and improve internal controls for manufacturing finance, inventory, and procurement
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure data accuracy and process integrity
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in strategy deployment
- Align financial metrics with operational goals
- Identify and implement automation and process optimization
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Support strategic decision-making
