Aufgaben
- Play a key role in commissioning, qualification, and validation of parenteral operations
- Support compounding and material preparation activities
- Lead operational readiness programs
- Define and procure consumables and supplies
- Lead training programs
- Drive process excellence initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement efforts
- Manage capacity planning
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for your area
- Actively participate in personnel training
- Support the hiring phase
- Manage day-to-day performance
- Support the process team
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Achieve key performance indicators and business results
- Support the area leadership team
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Guarantee reliable patient supply
- Lead and facilitate deviation investigations
- Lead corrective actions as the lead investigator with a cross-functional team
- Present operational investigations and procedures to regulatory authorities
- Act as a subject matter expert during inspections, tours, and discussions
- Develop training materials
- Create GMP documentation
- Manage personnel, material, and product flows at the site
- Develop and track solutions to improve or meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives
