Anforderungen
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, automation, computer science, or comparable
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in industrial automation/IT+OT in manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of OT relevant frameworks (industrial control systems, SCADA, etc.)
- Experience with MES and integrating OT level with MES
- Certified professional knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Minimum C1 English and German, additional languages a strong plus
- Willingness for frequent international travel
- High problem-solving and prioritization capabilities, handling high-pressure situations, troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Experience managing projects (budgeting, resource allocation), vendor management
- Strong identification with corporate values (long-term thinking, excellence, respect, customer passion)
Aufgaben
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of manufacturing hardware and software
- Develop and roll out global operational security strategy for OT assets
- Assess vendors for secure OT equipment, software, and support services
- Report to governing bodies on new and emerging cyber threats
- Implement uniform OT technology and protocols to improve efficiency and security
- Create network of local OT responsibles within production companies
- Cooperate with central IT functions in network segmentation process
- Conduct plant visits to assess information security risks
