- Ensure reliable operation of production, utility, and building systems
- Manage HVAC, electrical, and energy infrastructure
- Monitor system performance to identify deviations proactively
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs
- Adhere to GMP, ISO, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain compliance for production areas and cleanrooms
- Perform and document calibration and maintenance activities
- Support audits and implement corrective or preventive actions
- Drive modernization, automation, and digitalization initiatives
- Optimize system stability, energy efficiency, and equipment lifecycles
- Support technical projects from concept to implementation
- Communicate technical issues and risks across departments
- Provide support and on-call coverage for high-risk situations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and operational needs
