- Process mapping, standardization, KPI systems knowledge
- Process management experience (end-to-end processes, governance)
- Cross-functional work in complex environments
- Communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement skills
- Independent work and influence without authority
Aufgaben
- Design and deploy end-to-end process architecture
- Develop Operational Excellence playbook for MVH Europe
- Define standards and tools for operational performance
- Establish governance models and methodologies
- Coach Area and Practice Managers in lean methodologies
- Build operational capability through structured problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation
- Implement process automation and efficiency improvements
- Ensure successful rollout of improvements across regions
- Monitor process adherence and operational performance
- Track KPIs and conduct root cause analysis
- Drive data-informed improvement actions
- Enhance quality, efficiency, capacity, and consistency
- Support change initiatives in clinics
- Embed new ways of working effectively
- Identify and test best practices from high-performing clinics
- Scale best practices across the group
