Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Healthcare management, Veterinary medicine, nursing, dental industry, or related field
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • •Experience in multisite and healthcare industry preferred
  • •2–4 years of experience in operational improvement, continuous improvement, or lean transformation roles
  • •Demonstrated experience coaching others in operational excellence methodologies
  • •Knowledge of process mapping, standardisation, and KPI systems
  • •Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • •Ability to work independently and influence without authority

  • •Embed new ways of working effectively
  • •Test and scale best practices from high-performing clinics
