- Knowledge of forward operating base operations

- Knowledge of contingency contracting helpful
- SECRET clearance
- Ten (10+) years’ experience with OSD
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Military background desired
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum of twelve (12) months experience on a Combatant Command staff
- Proficiency in producing analytical products
- TOP SECRET clearance
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- Advanced skills with Excel and Access
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and data analytic tools
- Ability to quickly learn other tools
- Commitment to work with diverse backgrounds

Aufgaben
- Provide advisory and analysis services for DoD OE Strategy.
- Synchronize planning and projects across USEUCOM.
- Serve as USEUCOM OE Technical Expert and support the US Govt.
- Identify OE-related risks in campaigns and operational plans.
- Coordinate measures to mitigate OE risks and improve energy resiliency.
- Incorporate OE analysis into campaign planning and JOPP.
- Recommend USEUCOM advocacy for planning and force modernization.
- Support DOD initiatives to leverage improved technology.
- Ensure consistent energy delivery to the warfighter.
- Travel CONUS and within USEUCOM AOR for meetings and training.
- Establish and manage annual goals for ProSidian Global Competencies.
- Support business development efforts for ProSidian Consulting.
