- Understanding of European energy market
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Stakeholder management and influence skills

- Develop and execute regional HUB strategies
- Identify market opportunities for substation automation
- Expand customer relationships and grow sales
- Oversee engineering and project delivery operations
- Define and track operational performance KPIs
- Represent the company at industry forums
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements
- Promote innovation and technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with European industry regulations
- Foster a culture of safety and quality
- Partner with global R&D and product management
- Recruit and mentor high-performing technical teams
