- Proven enterprise incident management and problem resolution experience
- SLA ownership, root-cause analysis, and complex escalation management ability
- Strong understanding of OneStream security, workflows, and data management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot business rules and data integrations
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Aufgaben
- Provide first-line functional and technical support
- Troubleshoot issues with data loads, consolidations, and reporting
- Manage and resolve support tickets in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Execute routine tasks like metadata updates and data loading
- Perform calculation processes
- Manage user access requests according to security policies
- Partner with the Development team for monthly maintenance
- Perform deployments and post-release testing
