Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- •Experience in omnichannel project management, CRM management (Veeva), and digital customer engagement
- •Strong affinity for digital tools and data
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Experience in cross-functional collaboration and service-oriented mindset
- •Data-driven approach with insights extraction from analytics
- •Understanding of change management and agile working methods
- •Knowledge of data platforms (e.g. Power BI)
- •Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English

- •Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team on digital and data-related topics
- •Support the sales team in interpreting and utilizing customer data
- •Co-create and implement integrated customer engagement strategies
- •Translate Veeva analytics and omnichannel performance metrics into actionable insights
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Medical, and Sales teams to align strategies
- •Monitor new trends in omnichannel marketing and CRM technology
