- Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse management, logistics, or related field
- Warehouse environment experience; wind industry experience advantageous
- Valid driving license
- Customs clearance and declarations experience beneficial
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Strong communication skills and English fluency
- Solid office and site management skills
- Strong time management and planning skills; effective prioritization
- Commitment to adhering to local laws and regulations
Aufgaben
- Pick and issue materials and spare parts
- Communicate with service organization and technician teams
- Maintain stock levels and inventory records in SAP ERP
- Ensure accurate material postings and regular inventories
- Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse and work areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Coordinate transport of goods and customs clearance
- Manage PPE, hoists, and testing tools
- Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and calibration
- Request quotations for local purchases
- Initiate creation of purchase orders
- Handle waste disposal and offloading procedures
- Coordinate ad-hoc spare parts deliveries
- Support Service Site Management with organizational tasks
