- •Vocational training or comparable qualification in office administration, business management, or related field
- •At least 3 years of professional experience in office operations, facilities management, or comparable hands-on role
- •Very good German and English language skills
- •Strong practical and technical mindset with high level of ownership and reliability
- •Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- •High service orientation, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- •Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in dynamic work environment
- •Very good communication and interpersonal skills with strong intercultural competence
- •Very good MS Office and general IT user skills

- •Ensure smooth daily operations of office facilities
- •Monitor office conditions for tidiness, cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- •Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers
- •Manage office infrastructure, including workplace setup and technical equipment
- •Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- •Collaborate with HR on onboarding new employees and physical setups
- •Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and workshops

- •Participate in cross-company projects to improve operational processes
