- Ability to create and implement strong business growth plans
- Strong understanding of Consumer Journey Methodology
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral)

- Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with external stakeholders
- Understanding of Shopper journey across channels
- Leverage AI tools and analytics for execution monitoring
- Experience working as 'One Commercial Team' with cross-functional departments
Aufgaben
- Lead in-market activation for DACH
- Optimize Brand Experiences to drive brand purchase and advocacy
- Ensure activation plans align with 'Moments that Matter' in the pet parent journey
- Align 7P activation plans with brand strategy
- Implement pricing and prioritize distribution opportunities
- Maintain digital shelf accuracy
- Execute the synchronized commercial calendar
- Drive consideration, purchase, and loyalty through Omni Shopper strategies
- Localize and deploy omnichannel Point of Purchase assets
- Apply insights from competitive landscape and category developments
- Optimize local execution for measurable growth
- Conduct monthly brand performance reviews
- Focus on execution KPIs through MoDi analytics
- Represent the company to key trade partners and customers
- Manage the rollout of detailing and customer materials
- Train sales teams on in-market programs
