Aufgaben
- Shape workplace safety across two European sites
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment
- Combine strategic, advisory, and operational responsibilities
- Promote consistent safety standards across EPO sites
- Support new ways of working, including teleworking
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety legislation
- Coordinate external safety providers
- Conduct workplace risk assessments
- Lead accident and incident investigations
- Contribute to harmonised occupational risk management
- Support internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, EMAS)
- Act as the central point of contact for Munich and Vienna sites
- Advise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support local projects and promote occupational safety
- Carry out and contribute to risk assessments
- Develop, implement, and maintain the annual safety plan
- Strengthen local safety awareness through training
- Participate in promotional activities and local events
- Conduct workplace inspections
- Identify trends for continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on safety activities and performance
- Support ongoing safety initiatives and projects
- Contribute to internal diversity and inclusion initiatives
