Aufgaben
- •Administer the CMMS (IBM Maximo).
- •Implement and optimize CMMS for O&M needs.
- •Collaborate with departments to implement changes.
- •Coordinate with the IT department and service manager.
- •Work with external partners on CMMS projects.
- •Prioritize and monitor all CMMS requests.
- •Act as the main contact for O&M CMMS issues.
- •Oversee operation and maintenance of the CMMS.
- •Manage user accounts and profiles.
- •Analyze user errors and troubleshoot system issues.
- •Correct booking errors in the system.
- •Prepare various reports related to CMMS.
- •Create and maintain asset records.
- •Develop CMMS documentation, including manuals.
- •Facilitate internal and external project meetings.
- •Generate regular status reports for CMMS.
- •Create and deliver CMMS training courses.
- •Manage O&M OT devices per IT/OT policies.
- •Support contract management activities.
- •Serve as O&M Project Engineer/Technical Project Manager.
- •Coordinate and implement O&M projects with departments.
- •Provide support from the O&M Hub and Senior Manager.
