Aufgaben
- Provide strategic leadership to the Nucleus Team
- Shape the future of Roche’s Integrated Evidence Planning frameworks
- Lead a cross-functional team to facilitate open dialogue with stakeholders
- Monitor evidence generation trends to meet patient and stakeholder needs
- Combine people leadership with strategic expertise as a VACC leader
- Contribute to and shape the strategy of the Nucleus Team
- Represent the function in key cross-functional projects
- Lead recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning
- Set the vision for the evolution and implementation of Roche's planning frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the One Pharma Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner for teams working on evidence generation
- Align IEP frameworks and tools to enhance integrated evidence planning
- Embed the Integrated Evidence Planning concept into the wider planning ecosystem
- Provide strategic expertise as a primary contact for other departments
