In this role, you will bridge the German KRITIS team with other EU critical infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with NIS2 directives while managing security protocols and fostering collaboration across borders.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field
• •Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 31000 Risk Management, or cloud certifications
• •Knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
• •7-10+ years of experience in risk management with focus on cybersecurity
• •In-depth understanding of international and European cybersecurity control frameworks
• •Practical experience applying security controls across enterprise IT environments
• •Expertise in regulatory and governance frameworks relevant to national security
• •Deep understanding of the threat landscape with focus on EU geopolitics
• •Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in national security operations
• •Expertise in integrating corporate processes and security measures in line with NIS2 directives
• •Strong understanding of cloud environments with focus on security configuration
• •Proven experience in risk and security oversight of large-scale enterprise systems
• •Proven experience in risk and security oversight of large-scale SAP projects
• •Knowledge of SAP security controls and identity and access management
• •High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
• •Resilience and ability to operate under pressure
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Commitment to continuous learning and development in security affairs
• •Fluent German and English language skills

Aufgaben

• •Act as NIS2 Integration Expert between the German KRITIS team and other EU member states' critical infrastructure teams
• •Manage cross-border integration of security protocols, processes, and controls according to NIS2
• •Facilitate compliance with NIS2 directives by coordinating with local and EU-level supervisory authorities
• •Understand and assess national security risks, providing tailored cybersecurity best practices
• •Translate national security requirements into actionable processes and controls aligned with NIS2
• •Enable cross-border collaboration with customers and supervisory authorities for critical infrastructure protection
• •Develop and implement strategies for secure and compliant integration of SAP and other enterprise systems within the NIS2 framework
