- Develop flight plans and operational frameworks
- Analyze drone-collected data for actionable insights
- Advise on national and local aviation regulations
- Create safety manuals and risk mitigation plans
- Support processes for achieving certifications and approvals
- Deliver training for pilots and management teams
- Develop training materials for flight and data workflows
- Lead hands-on UAS demonstrations and capability programs
- Oversee UAS integration projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate with vendors and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and risks
- Research emerging UAS technologies and automation trends
- Identify opportunities for operational optimization
