Anforderungen
- •At least 1 year B2C sales experience
- •Experience with CRM, analytics, and AI tools
- •Full professional American English proficiency
- •Completed bachelor’s degree or higher
- •Strong work ethic and work maturity
- •Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or Slavic language
- •Knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
- •Working experience within US market
- •Focus and steadiness in work habits
- •Sales drive and excellent communication skills
- •Receptiveness to feedback and growth orientation
- •Comfort with routines and structured processes
