- Qualification according to § 75 AMG or comparable
- Knowledge of the health policy environment in oncology
- Knowledge of economic conditions in hospitals and practices
- Ideally experience in ophthalmology
- Experience as a speaker and moderator
- Ability for project-oriented work (planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination of colleagues across departments)
- Experience in using the full spectrum of omnichannel possibilities
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of the healthcare system (e.g., billing modalities in hospitals and practices, AMNOG, hospital processes, patient pathways, and care models)
- Knowledge of goods flows and decision paths in hospitals and customer networks (e.g., AMK, drug listing, conditions/negotiation)
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight during field activities

Aufgaben
- Manage networks and specialized contacts for optimal patient care
- Support key ophthalmologists and new target groups for specialized care
- Develop and implement patient pathways with necessary service providers for smooth MM patient care
- Create specific formats for training activities with new customer groups and associations
- Collaborate with regional associations on quality and patient management
- Present on relevant topics at events and round table discussions
- Provide temporary support for key accounts as needed
