As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting network issues and enhancing service reliability. Your role involves leading incident responses, managing security tools, and ensuring continuous improvement in network operations.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT Operations Technical Engineering positions
• •Expert knowledge of Carrier Services – SDWAN VeloCloud & WAN Circuits, MPLS, Point to Point
• •Expert knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers and service offerings including Cisco, Aruba & Infoblox
• •Experience working with Enterprise Wireless Network Services
• •Experience working with Cloud Internet Security Platform, such as Zscaler
• •Demonstrable understanding of network load balancers and firewalls
• •Experience with monitoring applications such as SolarWinds & Riverbed
• •Experience of working as part of a Global 24*7 support model
• •Professional Technical Certification preferred
• •History of working in both an insource IT model and a blend of Managed Service Delivery would be beneficial
• •Dealing with Ambiguity – B2 or above level of German language skills
• •Strong communication skills
• •Technical competencies around Data Routing & Switching
• •Tooling in an enterprise network

• •Restore services and improve sustainability proactively
• •Lead Major Incident conference calls and identify resources
• •Provide Root Cause Analysis for production outages
• •Manage patch updates
• •Evaluate Managed Service Provider technical resources
• •Track availability and eliminate repeat incidents
