- Willingness for governmental security clearance
Aufgaben
- Operate and maintain Hyperscaler/SAP Cloud Infrastructure networks.
- Track significant problems and monitor performance.
- Perform upgrades as required.
- Engage with customers on network architecture discussions.
- Meet customer security requirements.
- Improve network concepts based on customer feedback.
- Respond to escalated customer requests promptly.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in deep-level incident troubleshooting.
- Prepare and execute complex changes.
- Perform hardware installations and troubleshooting.
