As an NDT Trainer/Instructor, you will lead engaging training sessions, collaborate closely with participants, and contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods while ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Anforderungen

• •Completed training as NDT inspector Level II according to EN 4179
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in three of the following methods: RT, UT, TT
• •Willingness to learn additional methods such as PAUT, ET, MT, PT
• •Didactic skills to convey learning content
• •Experience in conducting seminars or adult education
• •Enjoyment in developing new teaching methods (E-Learning)
• •Enjoyment of interacting with people
• •High level of initiative, resilience, communication skills, and teamwork
• •Very good German skills and good English skills
• •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Aufgaben

• •Deliver training sessions and prepare participants for various examination procedures
• •Engage confidently with course participants
• •Create and update training materials
• •Develop, document, and correct examination questions
• •Contribute to the development of new teaching methods
• •Document learner achievements and performance records
• •Conduct in-house training sessions for clients
• •Assist with internal and external audits and audit preparations
• •Participate in the enhancement of the training program
• •Design new training content
