Anforderungen
- Degree or equivalent in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical/Biotechnological Sciences, Biomedical/Chemical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related biological/chemical discipline
- Substantial professional experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Deep expertise in PK/PD concepts across drug discovery and development
- Expertise in translational sciences and regulatory requirements for biotherapeutics (ADCs, AOCs, multispecific biologics)
- Hands-on experience with quantitative modeling approaches
- Experience with M&S tools, population PK software, QSP platforms
- Experience with programming environments such as Python or R
- Experience with AI/ML applications in drug development is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of pharmacology, toxicology, nonclinical safety, drug design, bioanalytics
- Ability to integrate insights across adjacent disciplines
- Clear and confident communication of complex scientific concepts
- Ability to influence decisions without direct authority
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in German or Italian is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Intercultural awareness
- Ability to manage multiple project commitments with high autonomy

- De-risk clinical development and drive health authority submissions
- Generate data-driven insights using modeling and simulation
- Inform molecular design with preclinical findings
- Translate preclinical findings into human dose predictions
- Guide cross-functional project teams
- Shape scientific direction of projects
- Collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders
