- Seven years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Experience in international environments and global ERP initiatives
- Expertise in AL/CAL development and extension architecture
- Knowledge of integration concepts and ERP standardisation
- Ability to align technical solutions with global standards
- Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and release management
- Ideally experience using the Azure DevOps toolchain
- Confident communication in English
- Effective collaboration with international stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership of topics
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
- Proficiency in German as an additional bonus

- Analyze global and local business requirements
- Design standardized Business Central and NAV solutions
- Contribute to the global ERP strategy
- Develop and enhance applications using AL and C/AL
- Ensure clean and upgrade-safe implementations
- Coordinate system integrations with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage reliable and standardized data flows
- Resolve incidents to ensure stable ERP operations
- Support release processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify technical and functional system improvements
