- Confirmed experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling, and/or Purchasing
- Proficient knowledge of SAP MM, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English with additional German preferred
Aufgaben
- Manage customer project portfolios and maintain accurate material requirements in the system
- Create, maintain, review, and decommission the project Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure fulfillment and update systems accordingly
- Identify and initiate requests for new material creation to support project needs
- Liaise with the project team to address material issues and identify alternative materials
- Perform material availability checks and ensure correct batch allocation
- Validate supply scenarios from the material availability perspective
- Participate in supply chain development initiatives and complete material-related projects
