Aufgaben
- Design, deploy, operate, and evolve highly available IT platforms
- Participate in the entire system lifecycle, from requirements to operational support
- Design and maintain mission-critical IT infrastructure for spacecraft operations
- Engineer Linux-based server platforms and virtual infrastructure
- Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes-based container platforms
- Manage enterprise storage solutions, including Ceph and distributed storage
- Maintain databases and associated backup and recovery solutions
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management with Ansible and Git
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment
- Integrate systems with LDAP/Active Directory identity management
- Implement secure authentication, certificate lifecycle management, and PKI
- Support mission-specific IT environments during development, validation, and operations
- Perform system integration, acceptance testing, and operational readiness
- Monitor system performance, analyze incidents, and perform root-cause investigations
- Provide second- and third-line engineering support for operational services
- Produce High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, operational procedures, and documentation
- Support technology evolution projects and infrastructure modernization
- Contribute to cybersecurity hardening following ESA security policies and best practices
- Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and anomaly investigations
